Why BOOKZAP should be your "One Stop Shop" |

I collect OTR shows. When I came to Bookzap, I found the GIANT COLLECTIONS. All other OTR sites I have found offer collections of INDIVIDUAL shows, while the GIANT collections here offer almost EVERY genre (comedy, mystery, western, etc) on multiple DVD's.
Cost-wise, for example, you would have to pay up to $95 elsewhere for JUST the show "Suspense" (930 episodes), while here you get all of those PLUS 15,000 more by ordering Volume 3 of the GIANT collections...for LESS money.
Shipping was FAST FAST FAST! Package arrived 4 days after I ordered it. NO DVDs were damaged during transit. All questions that I emailed in were responded to within 4 hours. They were curtious, friendly, and VERY helpful.
All files are in .mp3 format, with bitrange varying from 24kps - 64kps. Sound quality is great. Index's are included for each show, listing each episode and title (if any). Not only are all the shows represented, but many commercials/blips/etc. are also on the disks.

Wonderful Treasure |

I am 41 years old. We have been so incredibly impressed with the comprehensiveness of this collection, that we have purchased an aluminum case for it and have planned on passing it along to our daughter and/if any grandchildren as a record of my parent's entertainment and news history. Thankfully, my parents are still living and they are enjoying every minute they can get with this collection. And we know that as a keepsake, we will pass this wonderful treasure down through our family. Thanks for such a wonderful treasure!

I found Bookzap and I really like your "Giant Collection" approach: Getting thousands of OTR shows all in one giant discount purchase. Other Old Time Radio web sites I have used allow you to download a few here and a few there, or buy a CD here and a CD there. That concept takes a lot of time, and eventually quite a lot of money. Before I found Bookzap I spent over $500. acquiring about 15,000 old time radio shows. Here at Bookzap I have acquired far more radio shows than almost all of the other OTR websites offer in their entire collections, at a significantly lower price. Bookzap's ad said that their old radio shows come to under 1 cent each. However, it is closer to four shows for a penny, and the sound quality is the best I have found. I am very happy with this unexpected discovery.
