Description Technical Specs   Bob and Ray was a wonderful comedy team.  They started out in the 1940’s on the old WHDH radio station out of Boston . Bob and Ray, as trailblazers in the genre of radio comedy  were perhaps too subtle to ever become as widely famous as their talent deserved.  But they certainly maintaned a continual ever growing and devoted following.   They were appreciated in the ‘50s for not doing  off-color material and instead making deadpan fun of all the other stuff that you'd just heard on the radio.  Primarily mass-media parodists, soap operas, sports programs, and news programming were all targeted by their wit, wisdom, and quite humorous observations.
